Type I Exhaust Only Low Ceiling Hood for extracting cooking fumes and grease laden air in commercial kitchens. The shortened front allows for use in applications where head room is limited and is ideal for food trucks and concession trailers.
This model is built to specification and includes pre-wired lights, grease trough, grease cup, UL classified aluminum filters, and hanging brackets.
Designed for 450 deg. – 700 deg. surface temperature coking.
