Basically you have a stainless steel box mounted to the ceiling to capture the heated, grease laden air and smells from cooking. This box is connected to an exhaust fan outside either mounted on the roof top or the side wall via duct work. In most cases there will not only be an exhaust fan but a supply fan or make up air fan to compensate for the air removed from the building. The only thing left is the installation of the hood, the fans, the ductwork and the fire system. It’s not that complicated.

These are designed for customer entrances, delivery doors at hospitals, schools, super markets, drive through windows and as thermal barriers for walk-in freezers and coolers. We are an excellent source for commercial grade ceiling fans, oscillating and non oscillating air circulators. We offer wall mounts, beam mount, ceiling mount suspension mount and pedestal mount options for our air circulators.
